Today’s feature centres on Anne Marie Molloy Cookies, the brainchild of Ann-Marie Molloy out of Cronulla in NSW. We asked Anne Marie how she got started with the business which now has almost 800 followers on Instagram @annemariemolloycookies.

“I am a cake decorator and started my business in 2007,” she began, “and in 2017 decided to give up making cakes and to concentrate on cookies! I make cookies for any imaginable celebration.”

“The thing I love most is that there is no end to the range of cookies you can make for any occasion,” she gushed when asked what she loves most about her cookie business. “I am lucky to work with lovely clients daily and I love the freedom my business gives me to be creative.”

For Anne-Marie, the cookie business is more than just that. It’s also about expression and her love of art. “I love all aspects of what I do from designing and baking to decorating the cookies,” she states. “I love the look of delight when clients are happy with their cookies and to know that I am making someone’s celebration that little bit special.”
